Processing container 5×2 – H&H Cooling Systems

Many of our customers prefer larger containers than those offered in our 4-metre models. The ideal choice for this is the 5×2 processing container. This 5×2 unit features a processing room measuring 270 x 180 cm and a 200 x 180 cm cooling room.

Our containers are made from 100 mm-thick polyurethane foam layered panels, covered on both sides with a metal sheet (new XPS technology, no corrosion, long-lasting, easy to clean, easy to move, no visible installation, no silicone, superb isolation).

Thanks to the special construction, all units are resistant and weatherproof. The steel frame is galvanised and powder-coated, ensuring excellent corrosion protection and longevity. At the same time, the containers are lightweight and mobile.

The integrated forklift operating slots in the steel frame can be used for unloading or moving with a forklift, or the container can be easily moved with a crane using the lifting hooks.

Each processing container consists of two separate spaces:

Cooling room – a space for cooling and storing wild game. Thanks to the premium Embraco Aspera cooling unit, 10 cm-thick walls, and special cooling doors, a minimum cooling temperature of up to -5°C can be set (regardless of the outdoor temperature).

The 5×2 cooling room offers space for:

10 wild boars
7 deer
14 roe deer

Each model can be ordered in standard or mirrored-configuration versions. Detailed basic and additional equipment can be found on the website.

Exterior colour and flooring options:-

Green RAL 6005 or white RAL 9010

Smooth stainless steel flooring, R13 aluminium checker plate, or self-leveling polyurethane resin flooring.
