Processing container 4×2,2 – H&H Cooling Systems

This 4×2.2m processing container is the best solution when you’re looking for a new way to process, cool, and store wild game.

The 4×2.2 model is 20 cm wider than the 4×2 model.

External width: 220 cm

Our containers are made from 100 mm-thick polyurethane foam layered panels, covered on both sides with a metal sheet (new XPS technology, no corrosion, long-lasting, easy to clean, easy to move, no visible installation, no silicone, superb isolation).

Thanks to the special construction, all units are resistant and weatherproof. The steel frame is galvanised and powder-coated, ensuring excellent corrosion protection and longevity. At the same time, the containers are lightweight and mobile.

The integrated forklift operating slots in the steel frame can be used for unloading or moving with a forklift, or the container can be easily moved with a crane using the lifting hooks.

Each processing container consists of two separate spaces:

Cooling room – a place for cooling and storing wild game. With the high-quality Embraco Aspera cooling unit, 10 cm-thick walls, and specialised cooling doors, a minimum temperature of -5°C can be set (regardless of the outdoor season).

The cooling room in the 4×2.2 unit provides space for:

5 wild boars,
4 deer, or
7 roe deer.

Each model can be ordered in standard or mirrored-configured versions. Detailed basic and additional equipment can be found on the website.

Exterior colour and flooring options:-

Green RAL 6005 or white RAL 9010

Smooth stainless steel flooring, R13 aluminium check plate, or self-leveling polyurethane resin flooring.
