Processing container 4×2 – H&H Cooling Systems

We are pleased to present our 4×2 m processing container.

The 4×2 processing container with a cooling room is the best solution if you’re looking for a new way to process, cool, and store wild game meat.

Our containers are made from 100 mm-thick polyurethane foam layered panels, covered on both sides with a metal sheet.

Thanks to the special design, all of our products are durable and weather-resistant. The steel frame is galvanised and powder-coated, ensuring excellent corrosion protection and longevity. At the same time, the containers are lightweight and mobile.

The integrated forklift operating slots in the steel frame can be used for unloading or relocating with a forklift, or the container can be easily moved with a crane using the lifting hooks.

Our container units set new standards for processing and cooling game meat.

Each unit consists of two separate rooms:

Processing room – a place for processing wild game. Equipped as standard with a rail system (made of acid-resistant stainless steel) with Euro hooks (5 pieces), a hygiene wall, 5-litre boiler (2000W), water hose, knife magnet, a 1.5 m dressing table with hook station, wall shelf, first-aid kit, stainless steel waste bucket and spreading hooks (1 piece).

Cooling room – a place for cooling and storing wild game. Due to the high-quality Embraco Aspera cooling unit, 10 cm-thick walls, and special cooling doors, a minimum cooling temperature of up to -5°C can be set (regardless of the outdoor season).

The cooling room in the 4×2 unit has enough space for 5 wild boars, 4 deer, or 7 roe deer.

Each model can be ordered in standard or mirrored-configuration versions. Detailed basic and additional equipment can be found on the website.
