How to place an order

Together, we will determine which product you are interested in. We are happy to advise you and address any concerns you may have. Please provide a possible delivery address (postal code is sufficient) so that we can estimate the transport cost. We will also inform you about the current processing and delivery time.

We will send over an email with a non-binding offer, including possible additional equipment and transport costs. Please note: we are happy to check where our products are available near you and help you arrange an on-site viewing.

If you are interested in purchasing one of our products, we will discuss the next steps. We will send you an email requesting some details (such as the selected model and the ground conditions for the container). Based on this information, we can suggest customised solutions (including free unloading).

Once we receive all the necessary information from you, we will create a customised technical drawing. This process usually takes 1–3 days.

We will send you the technical drawing and ask for your feedback. You will have the opportunity to request changes to the design. We will continue refining the drawing until it meets all your expectations.

By approving the technical drawing, you confirm the production of your product. We will then set the delivery date and ask you to provide the exact delivery address and billing details.

A few days before delivery, we will send you all the necessary operating manuals, documents, certificates, and an invoice, which you can pay within 5 days after delivery.
