Transportation and costs
Our processing and cooling containers are delivered fully assembled and are ready for use immediately after unloading. After delivery, you only need to connect 230V power, water, and wastewater.
The transport cost is calculated individually based on the distance from our company to the delivery location. We deliver our products to any location in the United Kingdom.
Unloading with a forklift or other fork equipment
All our processing and cooling containers are equipped with integrated slots for forks, making it easy and quick to place the container at the desired location. For containers with a width of 2 m, forks must be at least 1.2 m long. For containers with a width of 2.2 m, forks must be at least 1.5 m long.
Please note: forklift for unloading needs to be provided by the customer.
Unloading with a crane
In some cases, unloading with a transport vehicle or forklift may not be possible. In such situations, a crane is required to safely position the container at the desired location.
Containers can be lifted by straps or beams under the container floor (see photos in the “Gallery” section). Straps and beams must be provided by the crane operator.
Payment Methods
We may require advance payment of 30%. For the remaining amount you will receive the invoice a few days before delivery and can pay it within 5 days after delivery via bank transfer.
Preparing the ground for the container
The best surface for placing the container is flat and solid. Ideal options include concrete, asphalt, or paving stones. Alternatively, the container can be placed on concrete blocks on other types of ground. We can advise on how many and what type of blocks to use and provide a layout drawing with recommended placement solutions.
If you have any concerns about the ground conditions, please contact us for guidance.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products, starting from the delivery date. The 2-year warranty applies to both business and private purchases.
Service
We have a professional service team that can quickly come to you if needed to fix any issues covered under our 2-year warranty. After the warranty period, we also offer post-warranty service at very competitive prices.
Certificates and veterinary approvals for processing containers with cooling units
Our processing rooms have all the required certificates and are specifically designed for the processing and storage of wild game meat. To date, all our products have met veterinary regulations. However, each local veterinary authority may have slightly different requirements.
To avoid any issues, we can provide a set of documents and an individual technical drawing, which you can submit to your local veterinary office for pre-approval before placing an order.

Questions related to processing, cooling and deep-freeze containers:
Choosing the flooring type – R13 aluminium checker plate, smooth stainless steel, or self-leveling polyurethane resin flooring
Our processing, cooling and deep-freeze containers come as standard with an aluminium checker plate flooring with the highest non-slip rating (R13).
You can also choose: a self-levelling polyurethane resin flooring or a smooth stainless steel flooring (the easiest to clean).
Regardless of the flooring type, all containers (except cooling-only containers) have a floor drain located under the entrance door.
Choosing the exterior colour
We offer two exterior colours to choose from: green (RAL 6005) or white (RAL 9010).
Choosing equipment for the processing container with cooling unit
Each processing container comes as standard with: a hygiene wall, 1.5 m processing table and a wall shelf.
- You can customise your setup: the hygiene wall can be replaced with a sensor-activated knee sink or a manual sink.
- Instead of a 1.5 m table, you can opt for a larger 2 m table.
- Additional equipment options are listed on the main page.
We will provide a customised quote for each configuration.
Electric power – 230V
By default, 230V is sufficient to power our cooling rooms and processing rooms. As an additional option, you can order a 400V high-voltage installation if needed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us anytime!
